YouTube has HD Videos for quite some time, it provides 720p HD videos.  Now I will share a trick to download Youtube HD videos to computer as MP4 format.

1. Drag the following bookmarklet to your browser’s Bookmarks toolbar.
   Download YouTube HD Videos
2. Once you are watching a HD YouTube video, click the bookmarklet and the download should begin.

Note: This Youtube Download hack can only download Youtube HD videos, if you want to download regular Youtube video, you can use Youtube Download for Windows / Youtube Downloader for Mac

You can always find some great music on YouTube,  pity they are all flash videos. You can’t put a flash video file to a mp3 player.  Now there is a great solution for this problem, we take Microsoft Sound Recorder  into advantage, with it, we can record any audio we want as long as it could be played on your PC. No other software used!

1. Open Windows sound recorder : “Start” » All Programs » Accessories » Entertainment  » Sound Recorder.
2. Click “File” »”Properties”, Choose “Recording Formats” and click “Convert Now…”.
   
3. In the Sound Selection window, select the attributes like this (the best quality), then press OK.
   
4. Open control panel, and locate “Sounds and audio devices” option
   
5. Click “Advanced…” to open the Sound Control window.  Click “options” » “Properties” choose record mode and make the “Stereo Mix” and “Line in” Selected.
   
6. Then make the check box under “Stereo Mix” option  selected.
   
7. Now you can record the Youtube music and save it in WAV format. You can convert the wav audio to mp3 format using this free wav to mp3 converter
